BENEFITS OF THE CLUB:

  1. Earn valuable points while playing in slots, and table games.
  2. Points can be redeemed for slot free play or towards the purchase in any of the restaurants.
  3. Based on rated play members may receive valuable offers via mail, email, phone call or text.
  4. Members earn valuable drawing tickets into prize drawings.

RULES:

  1. Contact Information: Winner’s Club Members should notify Winners Rewards Club of any name, address, email or telephone number changes in order to continue to receive information on Carson Nugget Casino offers, promotions, event invitations, or other mailings.
  2. Privacy: Only Members listed on a Winner’s Club account may receive account information or engage in any transaction(s) relating to that member’s account.
  3. Verification: Valid legal photo identification, such as a Driver’s License, is required for membership registration, point redemptions and to obtain any account information from the Winners Club.
  4. Player’s Card: It is the member’s responsibility to properly insert their Player’s Card into the slot machine card reader. The Winners Display will show the winner’s name and display session information. If the Winners Card Display shows an error or maintains the attract screen the winners’ club patron will not receive points for that’s session. The card should then be removed and re-inserted. If the problem persists, the member should see an appropriate casino employee for further instructions, or a new Winners Club card. Carson Nugget and its employees are not responsible for points not accrued if the card is not inserted properly. Winners Rewards cards, points, and all benefits are non-transferable.
  5. Point Earn Rate: Members may earn points by using their card in their favorite machine at $5 Coin In for 1(one) point, table games $20 Bet for 1(one) point, or Keno $2 bet for 1 point.
  6. Point Balances: Winner’s Club points will expire 13 months from the date points were first applied to players’ account.
    1. Points are not able to be transferred between properties.
  7. Player Points: All points awarded to your club account have no cash value.
  8. Free Play: Free Play has no cash value and may not be exchanged for chips.
  9. Offer Expiration Dates: All offers and coupons, including but not limited to, free play, match play, and food offers have expiration dates listed on the offer.
  10. Table Ratings: To have your table game play tracked, ask for or present your Winner’s Rewards Club Card to the Table Games Supervisor. Points for Rated Play will be posted upon completion of the Players Session. Points will not be awarded on the play prior to the tracking being initiated.
  11. Joint Accounts: Joint account or Shared accounts are where multiple Players are assigned to 1(one) account number. The Winner’s Rewards Club does not offer joint accounts.
  12. Duplicate Accounts: A duplicate account is when 1(one) player has multiple accounts across 1(one) or more Winners Rewards Club locations. The Winners Rewards Club Will not have Duplicate Accounts and will be merged.
  13. Taxes: Winner’s Rewards Club members are responsible for all applicable taxes and receiving any award is the sole responsibility of the member.
  14. Returned Checks: Winner’s Club Members who have had a check(s) cashed at any Winners Rewards property that has been returned for non-payment, may have their Winner’s Club points and comps forfeited until all discrepancies have been remedied to the satisfaction of the Property at its sole discretion.
  15. Promotion Rules: Winners Rewards Club location may introduce other promotions. Each of these promotions will have its individual rules that club members must abide by.
  16. System Errors: Any system errors including but not limited to points, comp dollars, awards or tabulations management reserves the right to void or modify based on each individual circumstance.
  17. Resolution: Any discrepancies must immediately be reported to management to be eligible for reconsideration. Management at each Winners Rewards Club location will resolve any discrepancy. That decision shall be final and binding on all members.
  18. Code of Conduct: All members should present themselves in a good standing and behavior. In the event a member is deemed not to be in good standing and behavior. by any winners Rewards Club location at its sole discretion will result in forfeiture of all Winner’s Rewards Club account rewards and may result in the cancellation of Member(s) participation in the Winner’s Club Program.
  19. Rights: The Winners Rewards Club reserves all rights to modify and/or cancel the Winners Club Rules, methodology for point accrual/redemption, and other associated procedures at any time. The Winners Rewards Club reserves the right to deny an applicant a Winners Club Card or revoke Winner’s Club member’s card at any time at its sole discretion.
  20. Marketing: By becoming a Winner’s Rewards Club Member, you acknowledge your desire to be included in our property-wide marketing, including but not limited to direct mail, text messaging, phone calls, robocalls, and social media for the Winners Rewards Club or any of its affiliates.
  21. Binding: By participation in the Winner’s Rewards Club. Each member agrees to abide by the Official Rules of the Winner’s Rewards Club Program and the decisions of the management. If any of the preceding rules are found to be invalid, all other rules shall remain in effect.
